HA U THOUGHT!!!! . in allllll seriousness, I get that from the outside looking in, it looks like all we do is drink protein shakes, post 30 days graphics, and get on group FaceTimes😂😂😂 but guys what you don’t see is the true, raw friendships being made, mothers being able to actually become financially stable & provide for their kids, people with illnesses and diseases getting off medications, individuals finally breaking weight plateaus and becoming the healthiest versions of themselves, college students graduating debt free, houses being built in Haiti, and so much more. There is so much done behind the scenes that isn’t always plastered on social media, but I want to bring those things to attention because I know there are others out there who need this opportunity and who deserve to live the life of their dreams. I know how easy it is to quickly judge someone for doing something that’s not the “norm” but guys stop living your life for the approval of others, honestly since when did other people’s opinions pay your bills...NEVERRRRR!!!!!! so to anyone reading this that is finally ready to get out of their own way and say YES to their dreams, please message me, because this gift can be the vehicle that’ll allow you to truly live your best life. I know people throw that term around loosely, but just ask yourself, are you actually living. your. best. dang. life?
A little advice to anyone who’s mindset is affected by the weather, from someone who’s mindset is affected by the weather 👉🏼 GET OUTSIDE AT ANY OPPORTUNITY POSSIBLE! ☀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Make the most of the sun, take your workout outside, go for a walk or run, sit in the sun, sit in the shade, just be around nature! 💚🌾 I’m a strong believer in the earth’s energy having an effect on us, so my favourite thing to do is take my shoes off and walk bare foot on the grass. It may sound crazy to some, but plant therapy is real, and it’s amazing for a little re-energising! 🤲🏼💐 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Even if you can’t get outside, treat yourself to a little bunch of flowers or a cute house plant. Bring the life into your home ☺️💐💕
If your thinking of buying sqaut shoes or you wanne learn, This is a must read😊🙏👇 • A raised heel increases the ROM of the quadriceps, but this results in increased stress on the knee. It also lowers the ROM of the calves, making it less effective for the calves. What happens to the ROM at the hip and knee depends on your structure, but usually there is no increased total ROM, only more vertical bar displacement. There is also no increased muscle activity. Typically, the only advantage is that the stress on the spine is often lower and that hip stress could also be lower. Therefore, unless your body structure is so well suited for squatting with a raised heel, so that you can achieve much more total ROM, you probably have nothing to do with squatting with a raised heel. And you should definitely not put any discs under your heels! My experience is that most people want to wear Olympic weightlifting shoes because they are more likely to reach the prescribed depth of "parallel squats." Shoes can quickly become a burden that way, so you lose the proprioception to squat on your bare feet. That's why I generally recommend that everyone first get good at squatting without shoes before they get started with a certain type of shoe. Many people experience a completely new proprioception experience when they first squat without shoes, through direct contact with the ground. • As shoes with a higher heel, you are able to squat with this amount of ROM that’s perfect. If not and you also have no back or hip injury?
