The last few weeks I’ve been slacking a little bit not only just my diet but with my supplements & being in the gym. I’ve noticed that my body has taken a toll from it.. feeling more bloated than usual & just not like me. Unfortunately, the thing I’ve noticed most about all of this is my attitude.. I’ve been really negative & just on edge easily. Which has honestly made this move soo hard. I’ve learned over the last year what you feed your body feeds your soul. I never knew that all these little tiny things could change so much about your everyday life. Thankfully, today I got back in the gym, started fasting again & started eating my normal foods. I can already feel a difference & am just ready to be back to just ‘ME’. Now time to unpack & make our home a home!
