✅Nutrition. If you’re not losing weight you’re eating too many calories. If you feel you’ve “tried everything and nothing works,” try this: For 30 days track every bite you eat and drink. Literally everything. Weekends too. Bites off of your kid’s plates. All of it. I think you’ll be surprised what you find.

✅Get Stronger. Strength train 2-4x/week. Prioritize variations of squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, rows, presses, & pull ups/downs. Get your form dialed in and then start adding weight.

I want you to know it’s possible to get in the best shape of your life after age 40. Lots and lots of women do it. I did it:) I promise you I was right where you are now and I turned it around at age 43. You can too.
