🧠Studies have shown that the memories of humans can be passed on to dozens of future generations. . 🧠Which could be contributing to a massive collective unconsciousness. . 🧠And this collective unconsciousness, according to the famous psychoanalyst Carl Jung, could contain universal primordial images and ideas. . 🧠Because there seems to be a thing called archetypes in the universe. . 🧠Which are metaphorical structures or blueprints for patterns of behaviours. . 🧠Marvel superhero movies for example, all follow the same blueprint, which is the archetype of the ‘hero’. . 🧠So our subconscious is somehow able to tap into to these blueprints, (which have existed from the beginning of time)... because we can look at ancient mythical stories, and pretty much be able to categorise each one in a specific archetype. . 🧠And that is the reason why this could be playing such a big role in religion. . 🧠Because the bible for example could be a giant metaphorical story that was written by humans that where influenced by the collective unconscious. . 🧠This would mean that Jesus never actually physically existed, but merely functioned as a metaphorical ’character’ in an archetypical story that tried to explain a concept which is outside of the grasp of human knowledge. . 🧠It would have much deeper meaning then. . 🧠What are your thoughts on this tho?
